In 1998, Peter Young was indicted on federal charges for releasing mink at farms in South Dakota, Iowa and Wisconsin. He was never taken into custody, and remained in whereabouts unknown until 2005 when he turned himself him and entered a plea to Animal Enterprise Terrorism.
